Beyond Potential designed and delivered a bespoke leadership development programme grounded in the Beyond Potential leadership model. The programme combined:

• Immersive in-person workshops to build skills in self, people, and business leadership

• 1:1 executive coaching to embed behavioural change and support personal development goals

• Hogan assessments to increase self-awareness and tailor development to individual strengths and risks

Participants demonstrated measurable growth in confidence, leadership effectiveness, and business impact.

The programme has strengthened True Potential’s internal talent pipeline and fostered a more connected, empowered leadership culture.
