Beyond Potential began as a conversation, a shared curiosity about what enables people and organisations to grow, perform and lead well.

Through our work as coaches and practitioners, and through conversations with leaders across different sectors, we saw the value of creating a space to explore ideas openly and thoughtfully.

Our intention is to explore leadership with depth, honesty and practicality, and to contribute to the ongoing conversation about what it means to lead in today’s world.

Beyond Potential is hosted by Tom Emery and Tom Mason, both experienced coaches and practitioners with a shared interest in leadership, human development and performance.
